The following parts are the specific technical parameter for 3kw-30kw turbines we are
distributing.
Biofarm Artel mainly distributes series of wind-driven generators varied from 3kw to 30kw.
By means of microcomputer designing and programming debugging, utilize wind sensor and transducer to realize yaw automatically and outage automatically based on good batteries. EC wind-driven generators utilize electric yaw control system to adjust wind wheel to aim direction rightly. The yaw control systems conclude vane, wind speed collecting instrument, yaw electrical motor, gear reducer, gyro-rotor gearwheel and so on. Working principle as following:
The vane (inductive element) transmits the variation of the wind to the procession of the duct pilot in the yaw control system. In order to reduce the gyro moment, the yaw electrical motor will let the gyro moment engage in the gyro-rotor gearwheel to drive the wind vane lose electrical signal and motor stop working. The process of yaw is accomplished.
Main functions:
1. Yaw control system (automatic, manual) protecting mechanical properties of the wind
generators.
2. Repacking system (high-power resistance box) protecting accumulator battery and users'
electric appliance.
3. Self-extracting wrap system protecting transmission cable.
4. Alarming and protecting system of over-voltage/under-voltage/over wind speed and under
wind-speed.
5. Current protection system of wide voltage input.
6. Remote-controlled data transmission system.
7. Automatic storage and display the cumulative operating time and gross power of the
generator.
8. Data transmission system processing R4485 interface.
