BUYER CONFIRMS POF (PROOF OF FUND) TO SELLER’S BANK AND IN THE MEANTIME SELLER’S ATTORNEY TRUSTEE WILL CONFIRM THE PARTIAL POP TO BUYER’S BANK. 4.
