Pultrusion technology means both no twisted yarn fibre glass roving and fibre glass felt are pulled by Pultrusion machines through resin bath steeped with resin, then go through heating mould to form those materials to be a fixed composite shape, it’s mechanized composite moulding technology. The Pultrusion profiles are very tough and firm, the absolute value of longitudinal bending strength and impact strength is over normal steel. Good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, insulation resistance performances. Products can be used for a long life time in places which acid and alkali exist. The using in industry and civil area is expanding continuously, the products are more and more popular during people.
Application
Petroleum and chemical industry because of FRP’s excellent Corrosion Resistance, it is widely used for the brackets of electricity and air-powered wirings, generator radiator, stairs and handrail, operating platform, aisle. fuel tank, distribution section and distributing substation, drain pipe and drainage system, parking identification mark and seabed identification mark, sucker rod of oil well, stuffing brackets for tower, brackets for filter plate etc.
