1. Buyer Signs NCND, and sends ICPO
2. The Seller sends Draft Agreement to Buyer for approval.
3. Buyer returns signed Agreement and Bank Comfort Letter for the full value of the transaction as per terms and conditions of this Agreement with Soft Probe permission.
4. Within 24 hours upon receipt and acceptance of the Agreement and Buyer's BCL, Seller returns the countersigned Agreement and provides to Buyer the verifiable and confirmable Proof of Product (POP) such as Storage Tank Receipts, SGS reports, and all further appropriate documents via swift wire from Seller's bank to Buyer's bank.
5. Within 48 hours upon receipt and verification of the Seller's Storage Tank Receipts and SGS Reports, Buyer's Bank shall send to Seller's Bank an MT103, Field 23 by swift wire, which guarantees full payment upon Buyer's Bank receipt of a signed Commercial Invoice, based on the storage tank quantity / quality, and upon Buyer's Bank receipt of the Transfer of the Title of Ownership of the product.
6. Buyer shall have 30 (Thirty) days to discharge the entire product from the Seller's Storage Tank.
