Dozens of refineries are now available. Some are skidded and ready to ship. We have refurbished refineries for sale in the USA and overseas. We also have new refineries available.
Why waste time contacting people who don't really have access to the refineries. We can provide what you want. We wont waste your time with junky cheap refineries that you will have to refurbish yourself. These are good refineries, as good as new, at reasonable prices that are either already refurbished, in the process, or will be.

Before releasing any details, flow charts, list of components, pictures and/or locations of any of the refineries, we separate the promoters who don't have funds, from actual buyers, by requiring three things:

1. Non-Disclosure/Non-Circumvention agreement from prospective buyer who actually has the funds, and you also, if you are acting as an agent for buyer.

2. Bank Comfort Letter or Soft Probe (POF) in total amount of refinery or refineries from prospective buyer. Your Attorney can contact our Attorney.

3. If you are authorized agent for prospective buyer, we need a letter from prospective buyer stating that you are acting as an agent for that prospective buyer.

Please do not ask for detailed information before the aforementioned requirements are met.

Let me try to explain our position in requiring the bank comfort letter or soft probe before revealing the details, flow charts and pictures. We don't want this information circulated or posted on the Internet because then we would have many more prospective buyers claiming to have the funds contacting us and "daisy chains" would add unnecessary additional costs. We have wasted months of time only to find the prospective buyers did not have funding. This cuts through a lot of wasted time, as before we reveal information and discussions begin, we know that the prospective buyer is legitimate and has the funds to purchase. This has not been a problem with serious buyers as they have the funds.
If you are a legitimate buyer and are ready for a refinery, allow us to help you and you will have what you need without unnecessary delays in the quickest possible time.
