Product Description:

Novasoft 150ESA flakes is an excellent cationic softener, cold water rapid soluble softener for cotton, T/C knitting blend fabrics, and for resin processing industry. It has very good hand feeling and antistatic properties. Because of its low-yellowing specific characters it is very suitable for blue and white jeans laundry or stone-washing processing.

How to use (making Novasoft 150ESA)

1. Adjustment of solution to 10% active content; put 10kg Novasoft 150ESA into cold water at more than 25˚C about 30-60 min and mix until it’s completely dissolved.

2. After completely dissolved, please filter it before packed.

3. Using the suggested 10% solution base the recommended amount to be used in the finishing process of the goods is 1 to 5% O.W.G.

Please avoid the compression of the bags to preserve the flakes from compacting

Storage time: 6 months.
