Sintered NdFeB
Neodymium Iron Boron (Nd-Fe-B), the most powerful Rare Earth magnets available today, possesses high energy ranging from 8 MGOe to 64MGOe and wonderful coercive force. As the third generation of Rare Earth permanent magnet, NdFeB products are less brittle than SmCo, Nd-Fe-B magnet is widely used in motor, instrument, aviation and the hightech field.
Cast Alnico
Cast Alnico magnets, which are aluminum nickel-cobalt-iron alloys, are the most established and widely used permanent materials, Because of their high flux density and superior temperature stability, cast magnets have been accepted in the widest range of application. Cast Alnico magnets is widely used in speaker, telephone, mobile, odometer, eletricity meter, watermeter, eletricity motor, switch, adhesion and sensors.
Ferrite BaSi
The elements of Ferrite magnet are ferric oxide/barium, strontium. Ferrite has higher coercive force and higher resistance to be demagnetized and oxidized than other non-rare earth permanent magnets. The biggest advantage of such magnet is their low cost. It is widely used from motors and loudspeaders to toys and craft etc...
Smco Magnet
SmCo magnet is a high performance low temperature coefficent permanent magnet made of samarium and cobalt and other rare earth elements. Its biggest advantage is its high working temperature 350 degree centigrade. It needn't to be coated because it is diffcult to be eroded and oxidized. SmCo magnet is widely used in motors, watch, transducers, instruments, positional detector, generators and radar etc.
