2. Lessor and Lessee execute the Deed of Agreement, Lessor’s bank officer from HSBC-London will send a fax document to Lessee informing the readiness of the Lessor to issue the agreed BG Lease. Lessee is free to call HSBC- London and verify the authenticity of the fax transmission.
3. Lessee will make Full Lease fee Conditional payment by MT103/23 into the Lessor's bank account …OR… Lessee will make Conditional payment by MT103/23 into the Lessor's bank account for the bank transmission charges (50.000 Euro) for the BG/SBLC MT760 swift transmission to Lessee's bank account. MT103/23 IS NOT released till MT 760 is confirmed by the Lessee’s bank.

501 M -- 1B => 9% + 2%
5.1B and above => 8% + 2%
5.1B and above => 7% + 2%
