contracts, and make corrections
if necessary.
3) The Parties sign draft
contracts.
4) The Buyer issues pre-advice in
favor of the Seller. (MT 705)
5) Seller sends POP to the Buyer.
6) The Buyer issues non-
operative 100% irrevocable,
transferable, confirm RDLC in
favor of the Seller, which will be
activated after opening by Seller
of PB 2%.
7) The contract comes into force.
