4. SELLER ISSUES POP TO BUYER (TANK RECEIPTS or CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT for fuel on ship) IN ELECTRONIC (FAX OR E-MAIL) FORMAT.

5. BUYER ISSUES CONDITIONAL MT103 BY SWIFT TO SELLER'S BANK 24 HOURS FOR ALL PRODUCT IN TANKS (or on ship).

6. OWNERSHIP/TITLE DEED AND PAYMENT ARE EXCHANGED BANK TO BANK

7. THE TRANSACTION IS CONSUMMATED AS PER CONTRACTED.
