ATPI Inc. is ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity and are in agreement to proceed in the follow matter

Commodity: Aurum Utalium (Au) Metal (Gold)
Price: Negotiable
Origin: West Africa
Form: Gold Dore bars or Gold dust
Purity: 92.5% purity or better
Quantity: Up to 25 kilogram
Delivery Place: AA Minerals in Accra, Ghana
Delivery Date: Within one week after signing contract.

PROCEDURE:
1. Seller sends Buyer Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
2. Buyer signs and returns FCO
3. Buyer and seller attend Table Top Meeting (TTM) in Accra, Ghana
4. Seller and Buyer sign Contract
5. Seller will deliver up to 25 KG to AA Minerals in Accra.
6. AA Minerals receives the Gold and prepares the FINAL ASSAY REPORT
7. Buyer makes payment to Seller’s accounts within 24 hours.
8. The buyer will make payment directly to the seller at the banking coordinates listed in the contract.
