be contracted
Medium Term Notes, issued
for a ten year term, and with at
least, 9.5 years to the maturity
date. Must be live, existing, screenable Notes. Must have a current
Euroclear registered Owner. Must be loaded & registered
on Euroclear. Only senior un-
subordinated, secured, non-
structured, cashed backed Bank
issued Notes. 10 year term, with a fixed
coupon rate at a minimum of: 5.2500 % if dominated in Euros
5.5000 % if denominated in USD
And up to 7.5000 %, or better. M
