Founded in 2010, formerly known as Zhejiang Satellite Acrylic Manufacturing Co. Ltd., it includes three wholly owned subsidiaries namely Zhejiang Union Chemical Industry Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Satellite Chemical Logistics Co. Ltd. and Jiaxing JiuTong Logistics Co. Ltd.. The main service of the company involves in R&D, production and sales of acrylic monomer, polymer emulsion and resin, pigment intermediates and methacrylic acid with an annual design production capacity of 160,000 tons of acrylic, 150,000 tons of acrylic esters, 110,000 tons of acrylic polymer emulsion, 18,000 tons of methacrylate and 10,300 tons of organic pigment intermediates. It ranks top ten in the world and top five in China in acrylic acid production and ranks third in field.
