We have experience manufacture plastic mold like: ABS, PP,,ABS+PC, TPE, TPU, PC, Nylon (PA+GF), PS, PBT+GF, HDPE etc. We main using steel: P20, 1.2738, 1.2344, 1.2343, 1.2083, 1.2767, NAK80, S136. We main using component standard: DME, Hasco, MISUMI. Main using hot runner: Moldmasters, Synventive, HRS, INCOE, YuDo, Husky. Main design software using 2D AutoCAD, 3D UG, we can make largest mold size 1500*2300*1300mm.
