Our company began operations in 2000 in the Sakhalinsk Oil Field of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russian Federation. In the early years, the Company was known for its application of improved secondary recovery techniques to increase production from wells that were considered depleted. Through a technique called water flooding, increased quantities of oil were forced to the surface by injecting water into oil-bearing rock formations.
