Our Range of Business:
(1) TOOL ROOM & Laser CUSING® DIVISION
Manufacture of Plastic Injection Moulds and Pressure Die Casting Dies (have built more than 3500 Tools till now). As first time in India capable of manufacturing Laser CUSING® inserts with Conformal cooling (as hybrid tool building inserts).
(2) DIE CASTING DIVISION
Manufacture & supply of Pressure Die Casting Components with precision machining, this shop is equipped with 7 Die Casting Machines ranging up to 350Tons including Frech 125 T Hot chamber machine.
(3) PRECISION MACHINING DIVISION
A full fledged machining Set-up for handling Secondary operations (machining work) on Die Cast Parts. The latest machines are in place, viz, Makino 3-AxisVMC, Hermile 5-A
