Sind Particle Board Mills Ltd. (SPBM), managed by Amin Bawany Group of Companies, was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in 1979. Located at S.I.T.E. Kotri, Distt Jamshoro, the plant went into commercial production in 1982 with installed capacity of producing 24 cubic meter of Particle Board (Chip Board) per day. The capacity of plant was extended to 60 cubic meter in the year 1998. The capacity has been further extended to 160 cubic meter per day in the year 2006 with additional capacity to produce Veneer and Laminated Boards.
