Weifang SHK Machine Co.,Ltd (hereafter SHK for short), established in July 22nd, 2005 (the predecessor was founded in 1984) with registered capital of 10.8 million Yuan, is a big manufacturing company with the combination of researching, manufacturing and selling. The whole area of SHK is 206,000 sq. m and the factory buildings cover 105,000 sq. m. Now, SHK has more than 1200 employees and total assets are 220 million Yuan.
SHK consists of five manufacturing plants and eight departments -- cab manufacturing plant, auto-parts manufacturing plant, clutch manufacturing plant, mould manufacturing plant and electrophoresis & spray-paint plant, Integrated Management Dept., Finance Dept., Sales Dept., Quality Dept., Technology Dept., Production Dept., R & D Center and Over-sea Business Dept..
