Light Weight
PAC blocks and panels have a mass in the range of 470 kg/m3 to 650 kg/m3, which is only a quarter of the weight of conventional concrete. By reducing a buildings’ mass, support foundations, piles, columns and beams can all be reduced in size, reinforcement and strength. This saves time and, of course, money. The light weight allows PAC blocks to be large format, yet easily and quickly lifted and placed. The low weight of PAC gives builder the “Power of Speed”. Low mass buildings are cheaper to construct and give quicker returns on investment. For soft sandy ground, PAC is the ideal lightweight building solution.
