powder coating we faced lot of moisture
problems, which comes from the
compressed air. To overcome from this
moisture problem we developed
Compressed air dryer. Earlier this was
invented for our own use at Powder
coating plant. While development stage we
faced lot of problems, which given a strong
base for our product. Finally we come out
all difficulties & developed this dryer as per
our requirement. Working Principle: This heat less desiccant type air dryer
works on the principle of absorption. Regenerative air dryers use desiccant media
absorbs moisture contaminate from
compressed air. The desiccant media can be
regenerated by purging air and remove
moisture it collect removes again and again. So the dryness of the compressed air
achieved upto atmospheric -40Âșc dew
point. The traditional refrigeration type air
dryer does not provide sufficient air quality
