For commodity transaction with a proven "Supplier" and a proven "Buyer" and no funds to complete the transaction, we would be able to step in and offer the financial services required. You would need to
supply us with the following information:
Full details of the transaction.
Copies of any Buy / Sell Agreements that you have signed with the Supplier and the Buyer.
The Banking coordinates of the Supplier and the Buyer.
The wording of proposed Documentary Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee.
If the transaction is accepted, you will need to provide an escrow deposit to secure the due diligence costs and bank charges to be paid. The Escrow deposit is refundable if the details of the transaction are proven to be correct as presented.
