2. Here are the procedures for petroleum products. Our contact buys the products directly from
refineries all over the world and stores them in storage facilities that he either owns or leases.

a) Buyer will issue an ICPO with full banking details



b) The Seller will inform our Banker and coordinate a window time for both Bankers whereas our Banker will confirm the following:



.The Seller is a client of the Bank

.The Seller is a registered Company at the Security Exchange Commission of the Philippines.

.The Seller has a notarized signed contract with the Refinery Desks.

.The quantity under contract exceeds the purchased quantity for your client.



c) The Buyer's Banker confirms that the funds are available to purchase the product as per order (ICPO).



d) Then we will sign the contracts and further progress will go on as per FCO



e) Payment with MT 103 - 23 against Change of Ownership.



f) Shipment must be effected within max. 21 days.



On the contracts we have the same procedure but the payment will be a RDLC. The products are not only coming out of the Arevenca Refineries, also other refineries are available to provide products requested.



The loading ports are Mexico, Spain, ARA, South Korea, Black Sea, Novosibirsk, Brazil, Saudi Arabia (Persian Gulf), India, Malaysia and some is produced in US (not much quantities).


The Seller only requests a POF for 50,000 MT and we will set up the Tank Receipts one after the other to allow the client to purchase the material non-stop. Whenever the client issues a MT 103-23 for one or two tanks, the Seller will immediately forward the next one or two tank receipts for the next vessels.

3. Here are the petro-products that are available right now:

.D2 from Mexico at 14/12 under Platts Gulf at Vera Cruz Port
25,000 MT minimum
approx. 280.000 MT in Storage Tanks
Change of Ownership on MT 103 conditional but FOB term

.Jet fuel
