Scratch card is manufactured with the latest technology, meet all your requirement, made of art paper, PVC, high security level.

Viettel Venture Scratch card:

1. Color: Full color on both sides

2. Material: art paper, PVC, or other materials as your requirement

3 Dimesion: ISO standard (86*54 mm), 1/2 ISO (43*54 mm), 1/4 ISO (21,5*54 mm)

4. Shape: Rectangle, oval,...

5. Security: Anti-overseen scratch ink,

- PIN printing ink:
Use printing ink whose color have small contrast to silver latex or have them same shadow with silver latex to avoid to oversee PIN by intense light.
- Scratch off layer:
Scratch panel is a silver latex panel which is directly covered the PIN. The PIN shall be directly printed over the Mc Green layer. Mc Green layer is a special ink layer in green color which has ability to make the scratch panel become opacity in water or gas environment.
- Overprint on silver latex panel
Overprint mean the ability to print number or symbol upper the silver latex to avoid bad guy make fraud scratch panel. The overprint layer must be cover upper the silver latex and wider than each side of silver latex panel at least 2mm. The overprint layer shall be in green color.
- Micro text:
Possibility to print micro text on the card to avoid bad guy to make fraud card.

6. Finishing: holographic film coated, UV vanish, UV fluorescent finished, micro text, Anti-scratch off layer to protect PIN number

7. Packaging:

The cards shall be packed in a separated PVC bag which is stamped of number and serial of cards first. The PVC bags of cards shall be packed in an inner carton box. The inner carton boxes shall be packed in outer carton boxes. The outer carton boxes shall be packed in wooden case or pallet.
