“Wallroofpanel” ltd. was registered in 2010 in Bulgaria as a commercial company, specialized in the production of isolation panels, type “sandwich” with XPS isolation and wooden, plasterboard, fiberboard, wooden particles or cement slabs finishing board. The manufacturing process is based on technology and know-how, proven its suitability now mainly in the Spanish market. The production base is located in the Industrial zone of Nova Zagora in a modern, newly built factory
with an overall area of 4500 sq. meters.
Products
The company produces a great variety of models of “sandwich” panels and offers them using its own trade brand – Wallroofpanel, which are the fastest, easy and cheap way of internal insulation of any kind of coverings. The product range currently includes over 1000 different modifications with different combinations of finishing surfaces and thickness
of insulation layer. The production is extremely flexible and can respond even and individually to the specific needs of customers. As finishing and internal linings, there are offered over 16 types of insulation, sound absorbing and
insulating materials, decorative veneers and moldings.
What is “sandwich” panel?
The “sandwich” panel is insulation, easy to install, with lightweight and extraordinary insulating properties, recommended for sheds, shelters, roofs and any type of cover. In its standard implementation (2440 x 60 mm), these panels consist of three layers. The top layer is a different particle board, moisture resistant, fire resistant and it
serves as support for the placement of final cover (tile, slate, etc). The middle layer is the insulation: a core of extruded polystyrene foam XPS, of different thicknesses (from 40 to 100 mm) provide the necessary insulation. This layer is
grooved so that through the tongue assembly is able to ensure a firm and solid attachment between the panels. The bottom layer is the face that will be seen and is available in different materials and finishes.
