Problem: Conveyor belts often suffer from rips and tears due to impact and mechanical damage. If these rips and tears are left unchecked they will inevitably lead to the loss of cover of the belt. The conventional repair method of hot vulcanizing is time consuming and expensive, especially when accessibility to the repair area is difficult.

UNIKS conveyor belt material is applied by the advanced spraying method with a unique portable spraying gun which will speed up the whole procedure. Besides the convenience, the repair material has many fine features that make the repairs last years.


Features:
1. Two component polyurethane adhesives, onsite repair your belt
2. Fast cures at room temperature, has high bonding strength and toughness after cured.
3. Good flexibility, high tensile strength and peeling strength.
4. Good wearing resistance, corrosion, aging and impact resistance.
5. Dispense primer before applying adhesives to improve strength.

Applications
UNIKS coveyor belt repair adhesives can be used for edge repairs, longitudinal rips, punctures, skirtboard wear, cover gauges, and reattaching cleats and sidewall on belts. It can also be used to refurbish the rubber cover of the conveyor belt and make the whole damages belt a "new-one".
