The FRP composite panel is widely
used in truck body
manufacturing. The core of the
panel can be PP/aluminum
honeycomb core /Foam Core/
Plywood core).

The truck body with FRP
composite panels is tight and
solid with a very high mechanical
strength, smooth and nice
appearance, anti-corrosion,
shock-proof and easy to be
washed.

HONGZAN Brand Gel coated
Fiberglass & PP Honeycomb
Composite Panel is usually
composed of 2mm gel coated FRP
on each side and usually 16mm
thick PP honeycomb as the core.
The product can also be
customized in terms of FRP skin
thickness and total panel
thickness in various
configurations.
