We, Rizhao Fangding Trade and Industry Co., Ltd, with 10 years experience is the only factory with laminated glass equipment CE certificate in China. Moreover, our machine is the only one which can process not only EVA but also TPU and New PVB film for laminated glass.
Briefly introduction of Fangding laminated glass equipment

What does it produce?
It can be used to produce Arcitectural laminated glass, bullet-proof laminated glass, tempered laminated glass, bending laminated glass, solar pv panel/led laminated glass, art laminated glass sandwiched with true silk, flower, cloth, pattern, photo and so on, etc.

How does it process?
1.It mainly contains four systems:
PLC system. The equipment is controlled by PLC system. The temperature and time can be adjusted randomly according to glass thickness. Digital control makes sure over 99% production yield. All the program could be completed  automatically.
2.Vacuum system, which includes two parts---silicon bag and vacuum pump. Digital control system keeps it work visible and smooth. We adopt imported silicon bag which could bear high temperature to 180℃. It could be used for 4 years in normal conditions. The Vacuum pump is famous brand like SIMENS or ABB. It can work continuously which guarantee the yield rate up at least 99% and highly improve the efficiency.
3.Heating system. Our patented heating system makes sure heating evenly. The turbo blower keeps the hot air circulated stably and continiously through the furnace. Energy saving can reach 50%.
4.Heat-keeping system. The insulation layer is designed more than 10cm thick and equipment body is made without any gap which not only keeps products high quality but also saves energy.
