Non Recourse Monetization on Non rated bank instruments and Rated Bank Instruments

100 million minimum for the amount of the instrument.

Can be an SBLC, leased or owned, BG leased or owned.

They can fund Soleil Chartered but not out of the New York office.

The instrument must come from the Romanian Branch.

They can fund on Estrategia Instruments.

Can fund on bank instruments from the Central Bank of Brazil.

Can fund on Panamanian issued bank instruments depending upon the issuing bank.

Can fund on Russian Bank issued instruments.

Cannot fund any bank instruments from Pakistan Banks.

Can fund GEBS instruments.

15% loan to value due to the non rating on the bank.

This is non recourse monetization. Payment is made in 2 payments or 3 payments. First payment, 10 days after swift
received.

Second payment 10 days after the first payment is wired and 3rd payment 10 days after the 2nd payment is wired.

The instrument has to be blocked via mt760.

Non Recourse Monetization on Top Rated Bank Instruments

100 million minimum for the amount of the instrument

Can be an SBLC, leased or owned, BG leased or owned.

On an owned instrument, loan to value 80%.

Leased Instrument is 60% loan to value.

CIS pkg on the owner and RWA letter from the bank is required to show the bank is ready to go.

After this is received and verified, the funding agreement will be issued.
