WE ARE PIONEER IN TUBULAR TOWER MANUFACTURING IN PAKISTAN.

Tubular Tower.

1) Becauase of Co-Axial structure of pipe as compare to angle Iron, Higher the values of stifness can be obtained and hence structural stability of tubular tower is higher as compare to Angular tower.

2) Round face of perpendicular area to the direction of wind develops less compression pressure values, hence deflection of such towers are comparatively lower as compare to Angle Towers.

3) Low bracing reduces not only the surface area perpendicular to the wind, but also save eraction time.

4) Photo shows that each diagonal is fixed by only two fastners, and one side has only six bracings maximum. (Angle iron tower has approximately 20 bracings each side & 4 bolts are required to fix one bracing)

5) Each section of tubular tower is provided with flanges on its main legs. So bolts are just to couple two flanges with provided values of torque. (Bolt direction =Verical along the direction of tower). But on Angle iron towers Two sections are coupled with fasteners and cleat angles. Bolts direction = horizontal (shear load increased in this case, any poor bolt may be result in falling of tower).
