ONLY MODIFICATION TO AMP WAS THE "EARS" ON THE POLARIZED PLUG WHERE FILED BACK SOME TO FIT OUTLET, EVENTHOUGH MY OUTLET IS POLARIZED THEY STILL WERE TO BIG!
