I came across a very good opportunity to make a 100% plus return per annum for the next 5 years in a gold mining project in Zimbabwe. There is an existing mine dump of approx 300,000 tons with a grade of between 1 and 3 grams per ton Au. (I do not include the underground mine here which is also a good prospect) Processing 5,000 tons per month there is a life of mine (dumps) of 5 years. From 5,000 tons, working on 1 gram per ton recovery, 5 kg Au will be produced and at
US$ 42,000 it will generate revenue or US$ 210,000 per month. Working cost will be US$ 60,000 which includes labour, electricity, chemicals, spre part and mantainance leaving US$ 150,000 of which 30%, US$ 45,000 is taxes and royalties and from the profit there after 40% US$ 42,000 goes to the Zimbabwean owner / partner which leaves roughtly US$ 60,000 for us. For an investment of US$ 250,000 I offer the investor 50% share in this, thus outof this project the capital investment can be repaid in 9 months.
