JP54: 5~10 million MT x 12
months, CIF ROTTERDAM; Target
price: $53/ BBL
PAYMENT: NON-TRANSFERABLE,
DLC / RDLC.
PROCEDURE: Partial or Full POP,
2%PB, MT103/23, MT700,
DLC/RDLC

1) Buyer will not pay upfront fee.

3) Company profile will go with
