Micro-Channel Cooler Package (MCCP) is designed for high power CW diode bars up to 60W, 80W or 100W. The Micro-Channel Cooler is a high efficiency heat-exchange heatsink. These MCCP package can provide up to >1KW CW output power from a single stack for directly heat treatment for industry, such as metal hardening, laser cladding, welding and etc. It is also widely used for hair removal applications.
