Seller or his representive has to
travel with the gold to Frankfurt
airport (customs office) without
any financial instruments or
upfront payments (No travel to
any country from our side. Minimum quantity per month 10
kg). Upon his/her arival we will
take care for the customs
clearence. The gold and the Seller
will be than accompanied by
BRINKS SECURITY to the refinery. The Seller receives the receipt
from Brinks and the Safekeeping
Receipt and Confirmation of
Property Rights from us. The
seller always will accompany the
gold in all stages to the refinery. After the final assay report is
done the full amount will be
payed to the Seller via bank
transfer or in cash. We will also
pay for the hotel and all other
German expenses.
