Alc. 12.5% vol. The wine is dark purple in colour which explodes with aromas of ripe cassis and blackcurrant fruit flavors, with integrated tannins and a long fruity finish. To make the wine velvet and give it multistructural taste our winemakers use a controlled fermentation and long-term exposure to pulp. The malo-lactic fermentation gives the wine a surprising softness in taste
