 Gold Dust or Dore Gold Bars (Offer to Sell)

I'm an attorney and represent a client willing to sell up 120 Kgs of Gold Dust or Dore bars in Kampala, Uganda.
I'll personally fly to Uganda with the buyer, test the gold dust at the refinery, refine it (if that's what the buyer wants) and if all tests are completed, the buyers pays.
This is a direct source as the seller is known to me personally.
I'm licensed to practice law in Uganda, so, if the buyer wants an export license to take the gold bars out of the country, i'll glady acquire that for him or her.
The entire transaction takes 3 days to complete or less depending on the buyer's efficiency.
THE PRICE IS $47 PER GRAM AND WE'RE READY TO ENTER INTO A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER.
Please note that the seller will ask for NO MONEY UPFRONT UNTIL AFTER THE ASSAY REPORT AT THE REFINERY. ONLY SERIOUS BUYERS NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS.
