It is widely used as nutrition enhancer in milk beverage, dough conditioner in flour, bulking agent, swelling agent, chewing-gum bases, firming agent, yeast nutrient, etc. In addition, as a superior calcium sources for food and health care products, our product can also serves as an ideal reaction material for producing high purity calcium citrate, calcium lactate, calcium malate.
