This MUST be done without conditional transfers... basically its a deal where the USD sends their funds and they are converted and sent back within 24 hours. I never touch the funds and never even see them, they go to my banker, he exchanges them and sends back Euros. I do charge for this but nothing more than 3%, the larger the amount, the lower the fee.
