1. Buyer issues ICPO with Refinery requested Procedure. 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), for the available quantity in the storage tank to Buyer. 3. Buyer signs and returns to Seller the Commercial Invoice of the available quantity of the product in
the tank storage alongside buyers Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of Storage availability

Seller’s valid Tank Storage Receipt with Tanks Numbers, Code bars and GPS coordinates
B. Authorization to Verify products (ATVP); Unconditional. C. Notice of Readiness (NOR); D. Certificates of Products origin; E. Products
